may be we should call bank 1 for both O2 sensors but we should call before Catalytic converter and after Catalytic converter cause this Mini cooper just only 1 bank, good DIY anyway, thanks

I'm doing this exact sensor now... managed to get the covers off and wondered how to move that lower cover, so you managed to get a spanner from the top? That's a tight fit! I got the sensor socket but think its was a cheep one and the jaw opened a little and slipped.

A mini only has bank 1, bank 2 will only be v engines. B1 S1 pre cat (S1 = sensor 1) B1 S1 post cat (S2 = sensor 1)

Anyone got the part number for the S1? I ask as S1 and S2 are clearly not the same connector at the electrical end.

@@cpuuk go to Autodoc website put in your registration number, it will show you parts that fit your car
