Mini 3 Quick Transfer

Hi there Can you help? I can no longer quick transfer on my mini 3 I get a message saying unable to view video, retry or download to view. It then won’t download at all or is incredibly slow. Is this because I am doing video in 4k instead of 1080p?

Please help I can't get DJI app on my Google pixel 7 is there another app I can use to transfer photos to phone? I don't have an SD card or a PC can I connect controller to phone and just send it or use a cable?

Can you transfer videos on your DJI Mini 3? Not the pro the regular, can you still transfer it? I got the DJI Mini 3 with the screen controller.

I have not used the non pro version, so I can't comment on if you can or not.

Great video, but I’m not getting past the switch button. Phone tries to connect to mini three pro and I get a switching failed error every time. Stating there is already a mobile device connected to the drone. Very frustrated. Can’t find a video with this problem and two calls to DJI, and they don’t know either.

Is the phones Bluetooth on? I noticed mine would not connect it unless it was. Another thing to try and would require to log in again is to clear the app cache and data.

@@behindtheframemedia thank you! I wish I could say that those suggestions helped. But nothing. Cleared cache on both the RC controller as well as the phone app and still nothing. I can never get past the switch button and connecting to the drone. It “sees” the drone enough to ask me if I want to switch and use quick transfer, but it does not connect to the drones Wi-Fi.

I wonder if you can reset your wifi settings. Perhaps the prompt to "allow" the connection never was sent and the phone automatically denied the permission.

@@behindtheframemedia finally got DJI on the phone yesterday with a call back, sounds like it’s my iPhone 14 Pro that isn’t fully supported yet, but we’re not entirely sure. Will keep you posted.

Hi so my concern is when I push n hold the power button on drone. The aircraft powers off. And couldn’t able to connect. What to do?

hi bro, i have an android phone and latest version firmware on the dji mini 3 pro. I have installed the dji fly app and its not giving me a prompt to do a quick transfer. any advise please. I tried wifi on - mobile data off and airplane mode on. What could be the issue please. I tried pressing twice on the power button on the drone as suggested as its first time, still it didnt connect, I went to the wifi and try to find devices, I could see dji, but when I click on connect selecting it, its asking me a password. Do we need to turn off the wifi router to connect to the drone. what is the intiial password to connect to the drone manually . Please help. THanks in advance. Cheers.

First off, turn airplane mode off. This will disable all radios on your phone. What I did just now was turn the drone on, then boot the app. A prompt in the bottom left popped up to switch over. You may need to clear your permissions or double check them in the settings for the DJI fly app to verify a permission wasn't blocked.

@@behindtheframemedia thanks for the update mate, I fixed the issue. The reason being, android play store has a dji fly app, which is a f fkae one, i saw on the dji website that they dont have the android app and the one exist on the play store is a fake one, they suggest to download the apk file from their website. I have uninstalled it and installed the apk file and wola, I was able to connect. damn its so frustrating that they should reach google to remove that app from the store, its annoying, however its different from the ios app store, where its authentic. Hope anyone read this get the solution. By the way, is there a better way to edit the dji videos, like have you made any video as such, or try that...if u havent yet. you will be popular.
