Here's a tip on how to bend tubing without producing kinks. Pack it tightly with SAND! Or, dirt, if it's sandy and doesn't contain any (compressible) organic matter. You may have to soften the metal, a little, with a torch, for larger diameters.

Dude, a carb is no where near a stage 2. Might be advertised as one but a regular stage 2 is gov removal, better carb, header, then the internals: flywheel, higher lift camshaft, billet or forged connecting rod, heavier valve springs, thinner head gasket, and racing spark plug. I don’t even think they make a stage 2 for that engine/ bike.

Manufacturers don't even have a standard for "stage" 1, 2, 3 etc. It's a marketing gimmick created years ago by an ad agency to sell more parts. Talking shite about something, when there isn't even a defined standard to judge it against. One companies' stage 1-2-3, isn't necessarily the same thing as another random manufacturers stage 1-2-3 might be.

Just to let you know, the reason to my knowledge at least that the engine is faced up that way is it’s just a different design and from my own experience that engine is actually 80cc engine labeled as 105cc

Don't do that, that is bypassing the governor gear within the motor, that's unsafe as it can either make your governor gear explode if it spins too fast, or cause your connecting rod and/or flywheel to explode since they are NOT rated for those speeds. If you want to bypass the governor, you should open up the engine and physically remove the gear, then replace at least the flywheel with a billet flywheel. If you don't, you risk your engine blowing up if you let it get past it's stock rpm without the upgrade I recommended.

@Maryam_HPMR you should look to get the upgrade. Pushing ur motor with stock parts will eventually result in failure, weather it be the flywheel, the magnet on the flywheel or something inside the engine

You need a new carburetor, a torque converter, aluminum fly wheel and exhaust. I did that to mine and it goes over 50.

Uh, no. Heavier valve springs allow the motor to spin at a higher rpm and since they didn't remove the governor and install a billet flywheel, that's a really bad idea

You can buy parts to adjust the hight of the steering bars and such, you don't gotta keep the base frame stuff if you don't. That's what's great about this stuff, it's all DIY and you can adjust it to how you want it
