When removing governor ALWAYS upgrade flywheel! Raising RPM can cause flywheel to fly apart and send a magnet with can SERIOUSLY hurt or kill you! It will be like getting hit from a bullet. Be safe out there guys! Stock flywheels are rated for lower rpm!
