Candlepin bowling is my favorite type of bowling. It takes more skill to score in Candlepin than ten-pin or duck pin. All forms of bowling are loads of fun!

I like the Lego gs-x pinsetter flow more realistic to the real model. Love you make the mini candlepins with a MakerBot, true engineering

Thanks for the comment! The GS-X pinsetter now actually has an A-2 pit with a working shakerboard and cushion. :)

I always enjoy watching your mini bowling vids! Also it’s cool to see the 2 lane configuration again it looks great
@PinDominator Жыл бұрын
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed! I do like the two lane config too, but it takes up so much space. The main lane is literally hanging off the edge of my dresser lol

Glad you enjoyed it! It doesn't have a pinsetter yet, but I can build one just like this if you're interested. You would have to set by hand

Very nice! would be fun if you could keep that one lane as a candlepin lane. :)

Thanks! I'm considering it for sure as well as using it for other styles such as duckpin.

If you made a string pinspotter, you could do candlepins or tenpins whenever you want.
@PinDominator Жыл бұрын
Maybe, the string pinsetter would require different sized pin-tubes or racks to stabilize the different pins from wiggling around
@KC9UDX Жыл бұрын
@@PinDominator I actually did some thinking about that and you wouldn't necessarily need different racks. But it might be easier if you did have two racks that you could change in and out because the pins, strings, and string puller could all go with the rack; without having to untie all the strings every time.

At 4:24 it is called a Half Worchester.
@johncirillo9544 Жыл бұрын
It’s spelled Worcester. In a match between the Boston bowlers and the Worcester bowlers, one of the Worcester bowlers chopped out the 2-pin and 8-pin. A Boston bowler exclaimed, “You’re halfway to Worcester” and thus the term was born.

Hey, i just wanna ask, where did you get those lanes and what are the dimesions of the bowling pins? I wanted to try and work on a double loading pinsetter and print my own pins. Hope we can get in touch and also post more of these types of vids. Thanks!

More enjoyable for sure, because I didn't have to clear deadwood. Plus using the deadwood strategically was fun. That does sound like the song I used. The song is from Switch Sports Bowling.
