Haha I’m rebuilding a mini chopper at the moment, it looks the same as yours. I bought it 17 years ago as a project me and my son could rebuild together. Him and he’s cousin stripped it down to the frame and that’s as far as it went. I didn’t have time and he lost interest. Now I’ve been retired for a few years I was running out out of things to do, especially with everything that’s been happening in the world, I thought I’d drag it out and rebuild it. I’ve repainted the frame I’m replacing all the electrics even that dame gear position sensor and carby. The rear wheel has had a sprocket that didn’t fit probably and has broken the alloy wheel sprocket mounting holes, probably why they decided to sell it all those years ago. So I’ll have alloy tig them up and redrill and tap. The keys are long gone which isn’t to much of a problem as the new electrical kit comes with a new ignition switch but I’ll have to pick the fuel tank lock and replace it. I’m going to paint it metal flake grey with blue skull murals. I want to cut the carby intake pipe and weld it at right angle so the carby is out the right side.
