As it was a test drive car the module in the engine bay I would think is a GPS module. We don't have one

Its refered to as the S E not sure where the D came from. Also this is NOT the John Cooper Works version. I saw for a brief moment online a JCW version of this but it disappeared. It had the 8 speed transmission and some other things I can't remember right now.

@@DFWsCars it can be changed to show the battery the car has remaining, the Rev counter I mentioned and some other thing in system setting. you click screens and it will appear

To make that actually constructive- what exactly are you referencing? To take a stab- I knew it would be controversial to compare to the BMW- but the X1 is on the same platform as the Countryman. I really think the Mini is a cooler vehicle & will save some $ as well
