Mark been missing you videos. Did the clown fish babies hatch out from the last video the parents had laid eggs back in the cave? It spring time will you be setting up a tidal pool aquarium like you did last year? Liked the videos foraging for that aquarium. Hope you do it again this summer. Out of interest how are you coping with the energy price increases in the UK and are you worried about the winter coming up?

It's crazy! I've had to shut down most of my aquariums that's why I've not been posting as much.

@@MARKSAQUATICS oh man that's a real shame, we know the feeling though and are considering the future, hopefully this all gets sorted out sooner than later but I think the resurgence the hobby got from the pandemic has been flipped the opposite way! Feel for the Local fish shop owners, must be more stressful than the pandemic IMO! Good luck Mark, hope things turn around for all our sakes soon :)

​​@@MARKSAQUATICS maybe you could focus on subtropical and cold water species for a while? I'd love to see videos on that subject and without the heaters the electricity bills will be much lower. I've switched my tropical tank to a subtropical tank (no heater) and there's actually quite a few fish that work in such a set up, minnows, barbs and danios mostly but there's a few other fish from other groups that prefer lower temps.

Hi Mark, i am new to your channel i do not know why KZbin recommends so many American channels to me especially as it seems as you are in the same city as me. but i am glad i found you. i been out of the fish keeping hobby for basically 10 years.. i am slowly getting back into the hobby as my son who is 5 is absolutely fascinated by fish....... i used to breed a little bit when i was keeping fish but mainly cichlids, so i was drawn to your breeding videos obviously.. i noticed you have breed pea puffers in the past do you still breed them ? as i been looking to get something with personality of a Oscar (my favourite fish) i think the pea puffer world be perfect alternative small package big personality, but i am not so keen on them being wild caught as you mentioned in your videos.... do you have some i could purchase i would appreciate it or if you can point me in the right direction of captive breed ones that be great. long message i am so sorry. take care fella

KZbin seems to favour the bigger channels and sadly most people tend to prefer the american channels so they push them more I guess!

Its been 14 months now, hasnt replied to a single comment in 14 months.. mark wouldnt have stopped replying and showing us his stuff because he shut down most his tanks due to electricity prices, he would have kept a few atleast and showed us them, and he would still be answering our questions.. I think you should have realised 14 months ago, but mark passed away 14 months ago..
