Ingredients:
Spring Home Paratha Plain
Sesame seeds (optional)
Grated peanut (optional)
Egg (optional)
Mini Croissant Recipe
1. Take a piece of Spring Home Paratha and remove the plastic sheet.
2. Slice the Paratha into three pieces
3. Allow the Paratha to thaw before you can roll it into a croissant shape
4. Optional: Apply egg wash and add sesame seeds or grated peanut on top of the croissant
5. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 12-15 mins till golden brown.
