Our miniature dachshund Mac's night time routine is playing fetch and zooming around the carpet before settling down for the night. He is definitely more of a night owl than a morning pup. :)
Mac is a miniature sausage dog (doxie, teckel, dackel) who lives in Montreal. Follow his adventures here!

This makes me smile so much as it reminds me of my Cooper to a "T". Mac is the same color, red with black undertones. Has the same little pep in his step. I could go on for days. It's literally my Cooper brought back down to earth from Heaven ❤ I absolutely LOVE watching Mac sooo much!

The clicking of Mac's nails as he skitters around the corner is a sound frequently heard here, very Doxie! How could you ever say no to the sweet little nudge of his ball? And that "I dare you" look when trying to take the ball, oh my. He's the master of intense gazes ❤

Bonjour, j’ai un Teckel nain à poils longs de 12 ans en pleine forme. Votre compagnon a les mêmes expressions que le mien. Et ils ne sont pas tous aussi expressifs. Le mien est né sans queue, pour manifester sa joie il fait de grands bonds en hauteur, il est très musclé au niveau des reins, mais avec l’âge je dois lui interdire de sauter. Il a un peu d’embonpoint, et ils sont fragiles avec leur colonne vertébrale. Votre Teckel est trop mignon, je me régale avec vos vidéos. Merci beaucoup ! Cathy, Marseille, France 🇫🇷. 🙏🙏🤗👌👌❣️❣️

My indie... will roll his ball with his nose, or paw at it... and drop it off the bed just like Mac. I have almost... got him to play ball with himself on the end of the bed... just a bit more time getting him to figure it out... or so I hope.
