Basic operation of mini dc rollsizer
I have about 100k brass processed through this machine and it’s fantastic. This thing is bulletproof.

These machines are on track to run somewhere between 1,000,000 and 1,500,000 cases before the brushes wear out. We have spares. We dont honestly know how long the gearboxes will last but we have a number of commercial guys hitting north of 1m +. No problems

Ive honestly never in my life had issues with Lee dies and last couple years on Hornady dies. I dont see the need in this. 9mm cases is so plenty full. Normal sizing you get +10 reloads out of them. So this expensive device makes no sense to me at all.

I don't think you're a competitive shooter if you're not encountering problems with "some" cases not passing case gauge or loading 30k rounds a year to compete and practice. Sure a sizing die works but it doesn't bulges etc on the base of the case. You should try MA TNT sizing die it does a great job but it still doesn't cure the issue with bulge~
