Manual rollsizer

A new manual operated rollsizer. We recommend this for occasional shooters looking for a rollsizer that will remove the case bulges but only require a small amount of brass to be processed each time. This rollsizer can be connected to your electric drill if it is a 2 speed unit using a slower , high torque setting which will work fine.
In manual operation we recommend a processing rate of 400-500 in a 1/2 hr sitting. Why 1/2 hr?, well we reckon cranking the handle
for more than 1/2 hr would be pretty boring, that said it does work like the other rollsizer.com machines, but at a slower rate. To under stand the details of why the rollsizer is so valuable in ammunition formation please read the article on out website rollsizer.com

This might be the ideal device to resize the body of an existing cartridge to form a wildcat, which otherwise has no real parent casing. Like forming .458 SOCOM from any WSM case. This might not be an option as long as Starline produces .458 SOCOM, but once production ceased this could be the solution.

We supply 2x hex bit adaptors with each manual rollsizer. They are nothing exotic and are readily available from a hardware store if you loose them.

No, sorry. Different internals to the gearboxes. We looked at this option years ago but it was expensive, VERY expensive.

I have the commercial rollsizer I have to take 3 of the screws out so my case feeder can keep up, but when I take out the 3 the rollsizer won't kick out the case cause the moving arm that hit the screws doesent quite move far enough. But with all 6 screws in itll run flawless any fix to this? I was thinking about welding something that sticks out a little further on the screws

Ok. The levers are designed so they only move the case out far enough to allow the NEXT case to drop down. This is deliberate. The lever should extend 30mm or so from the case pusher. Please email me a photo of your set-up to [e-mail].

Does it actually create a problem to have the rollsizer outrun the case feeder? If not, it seems to me there's no benefit in moving the bottleneck further down in the system. Slowing down the rollsizer just decreases total throughput.

@@rollsizer5623 I was told that the internal bearings were not made to handle a battery-powered drill. Plus who wants to sit there holding a drill forever? Would love to purchase an automated one but sadly, they are not affordable. I guess one used would be nice once I find one... But I won't be paying $2200 for a commercial one that's for sure...

The issue with the manual option is having to sit there to roll size thousands of cases in my case I have 20k cases of 9mm to process and that's just for personal use until I get another 30k or so more cases, I load 50k rounds a year average and I'm just tired of finding some cases not pass case gauge.

Lol. If you don't understand it ask.....it sizes a part of the case the sizing dies do not reach. Yes it does work very well.
