Are you saying the mini face lift must go into the muscle as well? Can’t a mini face lift include the muscle being lifted under neat as well?

So for a trauma, I need a bit coz i got loose skin post surgery.... So lipofilling is better. My shae changed due to this surgery. They told me to do face lift to riposotiom my muscles
