I love everything about the mini bypass for a few years now I've saved my money and lost as much weight as I could on my own however it's still not popular where I live and I think I might have to go to another country for the procedure... Do you have any recommendations

What is the rationale for not removing the part of the stomach that has been stapled off? Will the hunger hormones still be excreted from the fundus?

I agree, I had one on 10th of June - it really would help if the grellin secreting part of the stomach was to be removed, it has drastic side effects like needing Loperamide max daily dose, or you could end up with very embarrassing accidents! I’ve only lost 7:4 KG - I might have the pouch made much tighter so I get greater restriction, I’m really disillusioned by the whole thing to be honest - only real benefit is that it’s near impossible to regain, but it’s such a slow process!

I think they don't remove it so that the procedures is reversible if needed ... but Good question about the hormones
