Them are some good smoker chunks. I would definitely use that in my Weber Smokey mountain. Got to Home Depot busy bag that’s lot like what ya get. Nice work guys.

I think a gravity type plunger on a pivot could be added to infeed side to put pressure on incoming rounds or cookies

I think adding a fence board 3/4" to 1" thick as a spacer would would better to apply tension to the double stack of rounds to make these chunks more consistent.

Instead of those rounds I would make them thicker so they just fit in the infeed and have less room to twist (maybe a quarter inch total room to prevent them binding with the sides)
