Mini One D Turbo Actuator Check / Test ( diesel )

Hi my test on plug was all zero except the the last one that shows 5... and the wastegate all zero. What that means?

Hi I have actuator fault with new actuator. Where you measure between your pins and get around 5v+ all mine are showing -5v
