You can't set timer. The button is to change display, lock the current display or hold to reset the counter

I believe you mean you can't turn it off? The display will go off by itself after you stop pedaling for awhile.

@@TheStuffsReview I appreciate your diplomatic response. But the thing about these mini exercise bikes is that we need to see how they act on the floor because one of the main problems with most of them is that they move around too much.

This mini pedaler that I have has rubber paddings to prevent it from moving around. What I can say base on my experience is that it depends on the type of floor surface and how the rubber paddings rub on the surface and gets dirty. If the floor surface is smooth, it will move once the paddings get dirty, which I have to clean the paddings frequently. On the other hand, when I use it on a rough feel floor with clean paddings, it doesn't move. But I do clean the floor so I cannot rule out that it will move if I don't keep the floor and paddings clean. In conclusion, I would say a clean floor and clean padding is the optimum condition to not get the mini pedaler to move. But it will move once dust collects onto the paddings. I hope this doesn't sound very confusing :)
