Here’s how to make them:
7g of dry yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
420g bread flour
300ml milk, lukewarm
1/2 tsp of salt
50g of butter, melted
To make your dough, activate the yeast with the sugar & milk. Once activated, add flour & salt. Knead until you have a smooth dough ball. Let rest in an oiled bowl, covered, for at least 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 50g balls. Using floured hands on a floured surface, press out the dough ball to create a mini pita shape.
In a hot pan, cook them until they are golden & bubbly.
Place in a wire rack and while still warm brush with the melted butter.
