what is so hard to understand for your multikulti mind that ppl might want foreigners for their accent and that's it? No more? Yes, the English teachers are ok as long as they teach English for a couple years, but not others? Do you think all those Kyoto foreigners were English teachers like you?

I don't give a toss WHY people are xenophobic as there is no justification for it. Accent and passport privilege is a different topic but all those do is put foreigners into heirachies. However, xenophobia means ALL of us are beneath Japanese people. Do you not understand?
