Mavropanos is good food, trust me. Play him next to Kilman, keep Alvarez and Souceck in front of them and we will be super solid defensively. On that note, we should be gong back to the system that got us 6th. Rather than Rice playing the 6, have Alvarez do it. Souceck can play as the 8 again, playing behind the ball out of possession, box crashing we have good quality possesion in the final third and Kudus to play the Lingard role, as the 10. We need an inverted left winger who offers us more than Benny or Fornals did that season (Wesley would be perfect) Guilherme can offer cover at RW, 10 and worst-case scenario LW. Meaning the emphasis is still a LWer and a CF and maybe a backup DM. I'll judge this window after it closes, but still a tonne of work to do. You also forgot to mention we sold Fornals in Jan.

3:21 - Never disrespect the king. Top goal scorer in PL history and in Europe. If we are short financially, play Antonio LW next season and bring in Sortoth or David as the 9. If its Sorloth, I would have him make that role his own and just have MA hug the left, and if it's David, I would encourage it to be more fluid, with David covering some of the defensive work LW. CF and LW are the needs to be brought into this squad. With enough ability to walk into the first team, same way Kilman will be.
