Nice attempt, better safe than sorry, why did you go 5S?

Thanks! I feel the BH Avenger 2812 1115KV is not happy with 4S and 9 inch props. A 10 inch might be ok but I didn't try. Amp draw is nice at cruise but throttle position is already at 50-60%. Its like the motor is begging for more voltage. And it is rated at 5S-6S according to BH spec sheet. Also with a 5S I can drain the Li-Io batts down to 3v per cell and still have some punch of a 4S

Dear MyRazerZone. Thanks for the nice videos! I decided to follow your lead and bought a Brother Hobby Avenger 2812 1115KV. for your Mini Talon. In my case, I use ESC Hobbywing FLYFUN 60A V5, Li-ion 6S 4P, but the engine heats up at about 65-75 degrees for 1-2 minutes even without a propeller at 50 percent throttle. I wanted to know from you, too, the engine temperature is high, or just my case, and I have a marriage.

beautiful scenery. I think very little consumption for that long journey. and in takeoff only 14 amp, it also surprises me. Do you have everything well calibrated?

Yes it was calibrated. I use a bungee to launch that is why amp draw is low. The bungee can get my 1.8kg mini talon to 80kph on release. Then open throttle 40% (10-15A) for the climb out.

You have very good video quality over very large distances. Do you have the planes of the biquad antenna, or do you know of a tutorial where explain how to build one Thanks in advance.

Hi, it was 3d printed by a friend. I did the bending of the element and G.I. sheet reflector. Here is the link. www.thingiverse.com/thing:1641445
