If you're having trouble pairing, make sure when you're pressing the remote button and mirror button simultaneously, wait for the light to flash rapidly before you release. Then, when you press the learn button on the opener motor housing, press the desired mirror button 3 times - you should see it flash rapidly after each time you press it. Now it should work.

NO. It isn't. Not on my 2023 MINI. I've done everything you say here, and everything EVERYBODY else says EVERYWHERE and the fucking thing WILL NOT WORK. And I have two different garage door openers, Genie and Some other thing....NADA.
