Miniature Railways of Great Britain Wigan & D M E S May 2024

This being our second visit to the Wigan & D.M.E.S, the first time it was closed. We were very pleased to see members attending plus a very nice 2.10.0 W D Austerity. Th first I have seen modelled.
After a short wait she was steamed. Could we have a trip around the track with you please? we asked. Many thanks to David the owner and off we went.
Very quiet where were all the members with their loco's?

Yes it is Dave's loco. The builder was also on site to see it running, he was so pleased to see his old loco running around the Wigan track.
