Miniature Witch Hat Sewing Tutorial

Sew a miniature witch hat for a softie. The pattern includes two sizes, one for a 7 inch doll and one for a 5 inch doll. It's the perfect addition for Halloween.
The witch hat is sewn by machine, but you could do the same stitches by hand if you prefer.
Materials needed for the hat are:
11” x 13” Fabric A (Main Hat Fabric)
6” x 7” Fabric B (Hat Lining)
6” x 6” One-Sided Fusible Ultra Firm Non-Woven Stabilizer such as Pellon 71F
6” ribbon for trim
