So many people go for a “bubble-free” resin finish. You have bubbles in the resin and it looks as if each bubble was placed intentionally. Absolutely stunning work and production. I loved every second of it.

That’s my biggest critique. This is beautiful work but… this isn’t gyarados. Doesn’t even look like his non shiny variant
@dragonyami2 жыл бұрын
@@katlinbales4180 it's very different from the actual Pokémon, but I like this interpretation too. I like the more realistic and fantastic elements in this. Kinda fun to see how different artists depict 'realistic' Pokémon

@@katlinbales4180 Yea, like I said, They uploaded this earlier, I swear, under another title. So I was surprised to see it now with the new one? And not being anything like it. Still amazing by all means, but feels click baity?

The resin had some weird exothermic reaction where the corners bowed down in a very pronounced way and I had no clue how you’d fix that, but master that you are, you very skillfully hid it in the waves. I was extremely impressed. I mean I was extremely impressed by the entire project all together - but the way you fixed the bowed corners in the resin stood out to me.

One of the really neat things, from the perspective of someone who also does some miniature work, is that in these videos they use proper PPE when doing the various tasks. She is wearing a respirator when airbrushing, working with resin, etc. It's a minor detail, but something that is often overlooked, and it adds to the professionalism a great deal.

Where do you store all the dioramas you have? I’d assume with how large they are and the amount you made that you have them placed somewhere safe (hopefully because they are beautiful) I usually keep my belongings on a shelf, but they collect dust very easily, and it looks like it would be hard to dust off some of your artwork. Maybe a glass protected shelf? Genuinely curious.
