Welcome back to my channel. Here is another minimal equipment 45 min full body workout! Join me at home or at the gym! This workout is great for all levels with no jumping unless you want too!
Circuit training is a great way to get your heart rate up and get cardio and strength training benefits at the same time.
If 45 min feels too long for you, try one of my shorter 10-15 min workout videos instead!
