How to prepare a light dessert with just three ingredients - condensed milk, bananas, and strawberries - in just 5 minutes? This easy recipe is suitable even for those with little culinary experience. You'll need just a few ingredients: condensed milk, bananas, and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients:
Condensed milk (6 tablespoons)
Strawberries (8-9 berries)
Bananas (1-2 pieces)
Ice cream molds
Chocolate for glazing (dark or milk)
Nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or others of your choice)
Preparation:
a) Prepare the ice cream base: whip cream with condensed milk, layer with strawberries and bananas in ice cream molds, and freeze.
b) Prepare the chocolate-nut glaze: melt chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler until liquid. You can add a small amount of vegetable oil for a smoother glaze.
c) Toast the nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown. Stir gently to ensure even toasting.
d) Remove the set ice cream from the molds. Prepare a tray lined with paper towels or parchment to catch drips from the glaze.
e) Dip each ice cream into the melted chocolate, covering it completely on all sides.
f) Sprinkle the hot glaze with nuts so they adhere evenly to the chocolate.
g) Transfer the ice cream to a tray or plate and immediately place it in the freezer for a few minutes to set the glaze.
Serving:
After the glaze has set, serve the ice cream with chocolate-nut coating on plates or in stylish cups.
