Hey Daniel, great tips. The one thing that is not really clear is the fact why they advice +-3L of water consumption. As a dietitian, I can safely say that there is NO scientific research that concludes you actually benefit from that much water. Your body is smart enough to alert you (for most people) when you need water. The part where you say that people ignore this is actually true. Drinking 1.5L should be plenty for the average.

Such a great video! I always get something new and interesting from your videos. This time, 2 things: 1. A decent pillow is very important 2. Any device that increases my productivity definitely worths an investment (in my case, a nice screen) in order to compete at a high level. Thanks for those insights!😃

Not sure how you can be productive on 3.7 litres of water per day. How many hours a day in the loo? I’ve been wearing Rockport shoes for about a decade. The ones I buy are waterproof and super comfortable. I’ve got the Sony WM1000-3 as my headphones, they’re great and cheaper than the Bose. Looking for new pillows, thanks for the recommendations.

My essentials definitely include an ultrawide monitor and the Logitech MX Master 3. I do all my work on the computer and usually have multiple documents open in Word and Excel. Having a large monitor and a mouse with programmable buttons makes this a lot easier.

I love you that u have included black runners in your list ! It has always been a dilemma in terms of being minimalist and simple ( to just have one pair ) or to be fashionable and have more shades to go with different outfit . 😂😂You have made a good point to reinforce practising the simpler lifestyle !
