Stipsy, that was what struck me also. I am not as crafty as Elsa, but made my own tracker on excel and printed it. I started tracking today, and already noticed a few things about how what I eat and how I move effects other things.

If you made this as a blank journal with all of the templates laid out I would buy it for sure. I would love to track everything like this but I am too much of a perfectionist to make it myself, it would take up all my time!

I would also purchase it, even just the template to print sold on your website in a 5×8 or 8×11. I literally spent two hours making an excel just like your journal, but it is not nearly as pretty. I am tracking things like digestion, pain, and tinnitus also.

Can you say more about how you track your mood sleep and stress? Hours of sleep? Or quality of sleep ? Mood based on what? Daily average if you have a high and low in same day ? Are you tracking the actual stress to your systems or your efficiency in modulating it? Have you tracked dreams or creative flow ?

This bullet journal set up is far by the best I have ever seen. I was suffering from moderate and severe depression for 6 and a half months until a couple of weeks ago and now I'm ready to get better. Time was frozen and when i wanted to go back to see what i was doing I simply didn't have anything to look at and compare. I didn't have a system, a good one anyways. This system you've got is perfect to recover from depression. For the first time in months I feel exicted. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Elsa, I am totally blown away with how detailed and comprehensive your bullet journal is. It is wonderful. I especially love that you are detailing your moon cycle. For me, being a witch moon cycles are tied to our power ie. when we need rest, when we feel like we can conquer the world, so too speak and when we go gung ho on projects or art etc. I have all my past specific moon diaries which are available for the Southern Hemisphere. I will be starting my own bullet journal next month as my mood gets quite low on various occasions so by documenting what is happening in my life at those times I might be able to figure out the moods. Also food does play a huge part in our moods, sleep etc so I will be looking at diet. As I said Elsa for a woman this is the most comprehensive bullet journal I have seen to date. Thankyou for that. Michelle

The insights into your health and wellbeing are fascinating. Tracking woman's health is so important. I have tracked mine for many years using an app. I planned my baby around the small timeframe of fertility that appeared on the app and it worked first time. I have a 5 year old daughter! You would make a perfect data scientist. I love your jourmal and the video!

I am blown away by the clarity of the data you gather here. I am so impressed by how easy it is to see correlations. So many BuJos seem to be more about being creative or aesthetic porn than self-awareness. How I always worry about everyone else. My husband , my kids my parents my patients where is ME? I actually cried after watching this video and thinking for a few minutes about it. Wow! So absolutely organized! So aware! Can't wait to see your hiking video! I used to track some of the things that you do in your Journal but nowhere near to that level. I used to have years in my adolescence and early 20s and even in my late twenties, that my monthly cycle was horrendous. When I was a teenager I would have something every day of the month. And in my late twenties I developed severe food allergies, and at that time I was tracking food. Super impressive what you are doing. Makes me rethink the thoughts of maybe just starting it up again someday. Hope you all are doing well. Super great video Elsa!

What you're doing with your bullet~journal is self affirming. I've been keeping a detailed, diagrammatic ~journal for 15 years. Few people I know are detailed oriented enough to keep a daily, tracking journal. It's an incredible, centering routine. Like you, I also track health related issues. I've been doing intermittent fasting (8/16 hrs.) for the past year, and have tracked my progress with monthly blood work - enormous improvement with my lipid panels, hormonal ranges and average blood sugar levels (HbA1c). Intermittent fasting has become a joyful practice.. ,been feeling more energetic. i'm sure we'll derive many future health benefits. Keep posting on your progress. Thanks for the share

Hi! Just found this video, I think it's super interesting! I did however feel the need to point out that while you are correct in that you only have a small window of higher fertility, you can become pregnant at any point during your cycle, including during menstruation. Misinformation is a large cause of unwanted pregnancies, so I thought it was important to write this comment.

This is absolutely true but knowing your body ( température, sexual fluide /cervix consistency) tends to limit the risks. When you become pregnant outside of the usual window, it means that you had an ovulation outside of the usual window, so your body gives you signs. But you are right in that it's not a 100% sure method and we need to be aware of the risks. Also sperm can stay active several days inside the female body so intercourse before ovulation can still lead to pregnancy : one must predicts the ovulations several days in advance, wich is do-able but can become tricky when outside of the usual window. I have followed my body cycle all my life (without a bullet journal) and this has been my only birth control method, and I am happy that way. But it implies knowing your body real well and being ok with the very small risk that the method fails (it has always worked for me). So it might not be for everyone.

You are still only fertile for a small window of time, the time of the month that happens can vary massively from person to person, and also month to month

This speaks to me so much! I especially love the “self love” “goals” and “gratitude” sections. I work so much that I just don’t take time out for these very important aspects of mental well-being and focus. After my son died, I promised him and myself that I would treasure life and be happy. I think this is a way to get back to that, realize what is truly important, and keep my promise. This is especially hard this time of year. I loathe the holiday season. I literally want no part of it, which isn’t fair to my family. This is a way I can focus on healing, hopefully to a point where I enjoy the holidays again. Thank you for sharing something so personal, it is appreciated!

AH YES FINALLY!!! Hey Sis, I absolutely love your bullet journal setup and tracking. I'm finally learning Intentional living and recently discovered bullet journaling. I am so inspired to track so much about me and gain insights about everything! This is awesome. Thanks for this video.

Your trackers are incredible! I clicked on the video because what I'd seen in the thumbnail looked like a fertility tracker, and this is also my jam (although I find apps more convenient for this purpose than paper). So this was half-true after all, as the image itself turned out to depict your sleep/mood/stress tracker ;) Which is a great idea, especially beside a diet tracker! You gave me food for thought. I know this system wouldn't exactly work for me as I'd like to note how much of what I consume, rather than if I consume a certain thing, so this would need to be more advanced, and I've no idea how I could measure my stress levels, but this idea is definitely worth trying!

I love this! Your bullet journal may be "minimal," but it is so chock full of information! I love all of the practical insights you garner from your trackers. It's the 1st time I really see the purpose and usefulness of tracking ... gives me something to think about. Thanks for sharing!

I want to say Ilike your video and I could probably benefit from your kind of journal. I have a journal for my meditation practice and kept track of the food I ate and my attempts at exercise for 2 years. I lost 50 pounds with 50 to go. I want to keep working on my physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I really liked what you said about being in the sun helped your mood and sleep. My sleep pattern is all over the place. So I hope I can get a journal like yours to keep track of activity and moods etc.. Love all the videos you guys have made! Very fun and relaxing.

I love how obsessive this is! It's so interesting and good! I love seeing it on paper. I have lots of little notes, but nothing organized or outside of my brain. This seems very helpful to get it out and onto paper.
