Looks like you're renting and the apartment is pretty close to complete plumbing overhaul since kitchen has probably been rebuilt within the last 10 years and the bathroom is waiting for all the surfaces being ripped out and new pipes getting installed. No point renovating when everything will be ripped off pretty soon

This is such a cool MTV Crib walkthrough lol, such a cool space tbh. Sick video dude! My modifications would be to add some sorta of ventilation for the shower area. DreamLine SlimLine 30-in W x 60-in L with Left Drain Single Threshold Rectangle Shower Base (Black) this was in Lowe’s lol but some form of cheap shower container base that will output the water into the drain. Minimizing the risk of mold growth. I’d buy cheap water dehumidifiers all over the place, add a Toto Bidet. Add water filtration system. For kitchen add more herbal plants. In the gaming area I’d switch the desk and mount your monitor for a dual setup, use the wall as a peg board. Ima send you some links bro. Add sound proofing and place the LEDs around the edges of the ceiling looking downward. Add a digital thermostat, google voice assistant, purchase a Ninja Grill. For the time the stove is not on. Otherwise, damage from moisture and otherwise is a concern for the structures.
