14:10 No, you don't need to go to the gym every morning. You're an absolute beginner with a low starting point. You should focus on going 3 days a week and sticking to big compounds until you actually build a base. Going to the gym excessively frequently doesn't mean more gains. The gym breaks down muscle. Food and recovery is what builds it. Your first 6 months should be 3 days a week doing compounds. Then you can consider switching to a 4 day/wk Upper/Lower Split. You really shouldn't even consider a 5 day split or a 6 day PPL until you're several years in.

@atomicknight5245 he’s said multiple times “if i’m not hench by this time next year, then hold me accountable” and that’s what i’m doing. if he wanted to do it that badly then he would try incorporating it into his content, like he has with his pitch, you can tell he genuinely loves football 🤷🏻♂️
