I completed the Spartan trifecta a few years ago (this plus the 5km and 14km courses the day before) It is so much more than a physical challenge, it's the mental side as well. Doing it with other people is the only way to finish. It was the hardest challenge I've ever completed, hats of to you guys for doing this!

can proudly say my dad did the trifecta in 1 weekend. this is when u do all 3 types of races (21k,5k and i think 10k) in the space of one year. because he is a psycopath he considered doing it in 1 weeekend to be a birthday present for his 49th birthday in april so he was doing all of these for 2 days over his birthday weekened. me and my brother also completed the 5k and we are so proud of him.
