for anyone that might be intrested, let me tell you how anxiety attacks (though this would be an example of a severy anxiety attack)feel like: your entire body tenses up to the point of feeling cramps all over. is hard to breath. you suddenly have way more delicate senses, you can hear people breathing, you can feel people walking, you can feel people looking at you. it hurts when people touch you or atleast it feels very very unconfortable. try to remeber those sensations you had when you woke up from a nightmare in the middle of the night, you suddenly feel like that. you feel like you lost control of your body. you literally have no idea of what is happening but you feel like you are going to die.

As someone who didn't experience panic attacks until fairly recently, this is really accurate response, especially coming from an over confident person. The thinking you're smart enough to diagnose the problem, and the disbelief in how he says "me?" when told it's anxiety. You gain this thought process that it can't be a panic attack, because you think you're somehow above such a problem. But panic can strike anyone, especially after a traumatic event. Seeing scenes like this really helps just knowing that there's other people out there who get it, and are putting it into stories.

While the later suits do look more and more like CGI (e.g. retractable helmet in _Civil War,_ which carried over to _Ant Man and the wasp)_ there is a clear progression of how the suits advanced more and more The earlier suits were bulky, but also difficult to get in and out of. The mark 5 (I think that’s the suitcase one) was portable, but it sacrificed its durability to make it lighter. The Mark 7 was made specifically for a war zone, so it was packed full of more weapons than inspector gadget as well as being more protective and durable. Each suit was made to counteract a specific threat. Eventually, Tony developed more ways to put most of the strengths together with little to no weaknesses, and thus, the nanotech suit was born. Portable, durable, able to create a variety of weapons as well as non-lethal deterrents (e.g. foam to seal breaches/wounds), flexible/fast while still being strong, and even later being able to contain the infinity stones long enough to get the job done.
