Heisann. If it’s related or relevant to your field, they usually count those years of experiences. You have to submit a certificate of employment (tjenestebevis), preferably one which includes yung duration, scope ng job assignments mo, and kung fast time or fulltime. In my case, hindi ininclude ng HR yung years of teaching ko sa Pinas, kasi hindi sya related sa nursing. Kaya 6 years pa lang ang seniority years ko. :)

You need to apply for authorization / license from Helsedirektoratet. Then you need to meet the Norwegian language requirement, level B1-B2. :-) Good luck!

Hi, Ms. Mae. Would you happen to know if Biostatistics is in demand in Norway? I have a degree in Statistics and have been considering to take Masteral's in Biostatistics either here in the Philippines or in Norway. Thank you very much!♥

Hello :) You can try extending your career in statistics here, but imo, you will be competing for the few vacant jobs. I haven’t even found a master’s degree in biostat here. I can suggest you check Statistisk sentralbyrå for vacant jobs. From what I know, the indemand jobs here are in healthcare, engineering and carpentry/mechanics. There’s also the oil industry and fishing. Good luck! :)
