If the government offers 100 000 it will be more than generous and might create issues , except if we remove that as a yard stick for hiring. What the government should do is to reach an agreement with labour by offering to review the country's economic indices every year or every six months with concern groups in order to determine the next rise. Every part of the labour movement should have access to national statistics to guide their participation. There's no need to sit at the table to make eroneous demands. Gradual increament over few years will enhance economic confidence, enable gradual social evolution and accelerate productivity. When workers knows that their contribution is key to collective prosperity, they work better for imroved gain and ultimately better remuneration. We need to change the mindset of government the pay master but rather to collective responsibility.

Nigeria government are at the point of dilemma and can't move Nigeria forward anymore. They should allowed all our borders to be opened and surplus food should be imported. However when it is about corruption, tribalism, nepotism, bribery no sincere person will support the organized labour because a great number of qualified Nigerians do not get employment and so their claim about fighting for Nigerians is all rubbish. They don't fight for the underpaid and the unemployed. They are highly insincere and unrealistic in their demands.
