Africa practiced slavery as well, and it wasn't outlawed in Northern Nigeria until 1936. Stop acting like the British, Europeans, and Americans are the only ones that are guilty of oppression because every race or group is guilty of it at some point in history.
@michaelmarsian94815 жыл бұрын
@@lwrncjms And black people can't be racist is about one dumbest things I have ever heard. Believing in prejudices, discrimination and/or showing animosity because of the race of an individual makes you a racist. And it does not matter if your White, Black, Hispanic or Asian, anybody can hold views that can be considered racist. Yes, America has a history of racism against not only black people but Asians and Hispanics as well but the America of today is not the America of yesterday and people need to understand that. Regardless of skin color, you become anything you goddamn want. We have black physicians, lawyers, and software engineers. All of which are high paying careers. We also have black millionaires, which would be impossible if we were the America of the past. The oppression that happens today is class oppression and that effects not one but all races. That is what we should be fighting not this circumstances of the past that no longer exist. The Jim Crow era ended in 1965 and also isn't your issue with more Southern United States than all of the U.S. because thats where those racial segragation laws of the Jim Crow Era were enforced. The point being that you should look at history and societal issues a little more objectively and without such a close-minded outlook.

He represented what white people felt at that time that's all. They didn't even recognize nor wanted to see the plight of Black injustice. They couldn't relate too it, and wasn't really trying too. Now today it's different and I'm sure he is too, or at least I would hope so. But I still loved him because he took it on in the first place when many other hosts weren't doing it at all. He was also playing "devils advocate" with a couple of those questions as well. That's what a good host does, especially one who never understood or took the time to understand what Black folks were continuously going through...

Overall I gained a lot of respect for Minister Louis Farrakhan watching this show. He got the tough questions, and did not dodge answering them. He basically went out of his way to try to answer questions, even when people were insulting him. It is not an easy thing to go on the road to a white run show and answer the audiences' angry questions. He was able to answer the questions, so well that Donahue and the show cut him off numerous times. Powerful performance.

So let me get this straight...a WHT journalist can't do his job & mix in his personal opinions while showing emotions, without being a pissed off racist...right? I assume you've heard Louis speak. Yet his preachings don't show emotions & bias views right? Trump has said similar things towards individuals he disagrees with, yet he's automatically labeled a racist. Is this because he's WHT? If so, explain to me what's the difference, if any...other than skin tone?

Bottom line hun...America wasn't ever built for WHT,BLK,BRWN,etc...in fact, it wasnt even meant to be a Country. It was built to be a "BUSINESS" to provide for a small 1% of the world's Elite & their agenda. We, as in you & I do not fit into their goal. They have always used the media to push propaganda into the minds of us all...& this is no different. The more we concentrate on fighting with each other, the less time we have to see the big picture. Make no mistake, I agree with much of what Louis says on equality...ftr
