Hey Amy. Del Webb is making strides with 55+. That a big front room. Put a closet and it’s a bedroom. Appreciate a wide entry and powder bath. Big open concept. Gas community 🙌🏼. Like the recessed beverage area. Unique light fixture above the dining table. Nice drop zone. Oh wow. Huge laundry. Ironing board could sit back there or counter. Oh. I thought the rear bedroom was the primary. Amazing backyard. Ok primary across the way 😂. Love pocket doors. Big shower. This home is perfect Amy. Thanks for sharing 🤗. Have a great weekend.

Love this! It would be perfect if one more bedroom. Is there an option for a 3 bedroom with a den also? Is this model on in this 55+ community? Maybe in a NOT 55+ community?

It can definitely have three bedrooms but then you lose out on the den. There are a couple of other models that are comparable that give you the little bit of extra space. Take a look at the Renown. :)

For the most part, the Del Webb communities are like their own little Villages. The Villages is SO massive that the entire local area is built around the 55+ concept so if you want to live in a 55+ CITY then The Villages is the clear choice. The Del Webb communities are closer to the "outside world" so they are great if you want the best of both worlds.
