I think each individual station had to put up the chyron at the end that listed any local restaurants... ? Just a guess.

Yes! There was "space" for a telop at the bottom of the screen for the local restaurant(s) to identify themselves.......

Mini Pearl got the idea to sell chicken when she was on the Earnie Ford show and Col Sanders was on the show and he demonstrated his KFC chicken method. He explained everything accept the 11 herbs and spices. He used a pressure cooker and cooked it 7 minutes at 400 degrees F, and used an egg and milk wash. The pressure in the cooker was 29.7 psi in the pressure cooker. I just watched it.
