I don't know why people thought that was actually Willard Scott in this as Ronald in one of its 2 ads that rumoured to be his ''last'' official appearance as him, it feels more like that it was actually portrayed by Ray Rayner. (of WGN fame) The commercial also feels like that it was made sometime around 1968.
