Yes barely scraped by is an understatement. $42 left in the bank account and basically borderline poverty living in a temporary situation with no kitchen. Never has this happened before. However, I am so very grateful I still have a roof over my head food in my tummy able to still keep my car which I need to get to work and keep my beloved pets by my side. Thanks Chris. I’m not going to give up the uphill battle I’m facing. I’ve been planning my renewal of vows in Niagara on the Lake in Canada with my American husband on September 14th 2024. This will be the first time our parents will meet, but I am not allowed to leave the U.S. because I don’t have my Green Card. I’ve been planning this special ceremony since May 2023 to walk down the aisle hand in hand with my father. My family was unable to attend our marriage, due to health complications, in May 2023 in Kentucky, and I did not have that opportunity. I really hope it will happen this year.
