The workers are SO sweet and patient everywhere else besides the US. I had similar issues and asked workers for assistance and they essentially just tell you to fck off. I had one that was literally hanging at the exit hole but it was stuck on the crane…basically I won it and they refused to help. They also won’t move them around for you if they are out if reach. It’s absurd…here it’s created for you to lose. In Eastern Asian countries, it’s made for both the business AND the player to be satisfied. It’s SO refreshing to see 💕💕💕

To be as fair as possible to the staff, here in the US, many of the crane machines and gatcha machines aren't owned by the store they're placed in. It's usually an independent company, so while they could've been more polite about it, they probably couldn't have helped you anyways because they wouldn't have access to the machine.
