This song teaches a very valuable lesson about being faithful in relationships. We need to remember a lot of times the same way we get him/her is also how we will eventually lose them. I have a friend that's actually married and says he wants out and wants to be with me but I refuse to disrespect his wife or myself that way so I suggested they go to counseling together and fight for their marriage. I put myself in her shoes and decided I didn't want to be "that" woman.

@420JackieMoon: Can't say there were necessarily more people with morals back, say, 25+ years ago. Everyone defines for themselves what "moral" is. We just didn't have so called "reality tv" and social media to put "bad behavior" in public view, so it was easier to 'keep it in the family'. My opinion anyway.

Mint was/is in a league of their own. There was no one like them in the 90’s. (No one like them now honestly) They’re compared to NE, boys II men, Toni tone, etc... but the truth is, those were male groups. MC was a whole band out here. No need for back singers or hiring musicians. They had everything from day one. Solid
