@@jacobg.witmer I bought a refurbished iPhone SE 5G from 2022 from Straight Talk for $75 plus tax and service plan and I was able to get $1,000 off the iPhone 16 Pro while still keeping my iPhone 13 Pro Max due to being the last premium iPhone with physical SIM. Oddly enough I have not needed to rely on physical SIM in a while. Verizon is expensive but it is more usable in real badd areas than Visible+. Edit: It makes more sense to pay Unlimited Ultimate with phone and tablet instead of paying more for 3 different carriers at $45 each. Also I can earn enough from paid surveys to pay for backup line to power my iPhone 13 Pro Max as a secondary that way I can record a dangerous psycho on one phone for evidence while calling 911 on the other.

I have sadly experienced similar stuff with T-Mobile home internet as you did drew. And then we moved to an area where it just didn’t work so now we are on Verizon’s home internet, and at least for now it’s at least the same price which is nice. As for mint, I’ve been a customer since about 2018 ish I think and couldn’t be happier with their service

If their coverage in your area is 💩 it doesn't matter how cheap it is.

that goes without saying for any service. at the same time mint mobile works off t-mobile network

If you know the normal plan in India you might migrate here. For an year of unlimited 5g(no cap on data limit), unlimited calls, 100 messages per day that too for $37.4 considered .

I don’t think they are losing money. They (mint) buy airtime and data in massive chunks, or they used too… Wireless telcos usually over build out network capacity, usually… In most areas, TM is only utilizing 20% to 30% network / tower capacity. The rest is for EMS services and prepaid vmno’s. That’s in an ideal world, cities with massive populations can over extend network infrastructure / towers… This what they told me when I worked for TM tech support. Cheers!

Damn data in the us is kinda expensive... I pay $3 a month for 5GB without a contract. And because I don't use data that much, it added up so I currently have about 30GB.

It's still a no go from me until they offer truly unlimited data. For now, I'm sticking to my Magenta Max family plan so I can use as much of that 5G UC data as I want.
