In Croatia, a small country in Europe, I could be getting 10GB for 10€, but I have a plan that is 13€ and I have 72GB of high speed 5G internet on my iPhone. The speed averages at about 200 to 300 mbps and I basically never use it up because I have gigabit fibre optic at home that costs 30€/month, but my family is a new customer to that provider so we’re actually only paying 10€ for the next 12 months. I live in a small town and the 5G speeds in larger cities are usually at around 500 to 700 mbps, so I’m pretty happy with the situation in my country

@@jacobg.witmer I bought a refurbished iPhone SE 5G from 2022 from Straight Talk for $75 plus tax and service plan and I was able to get $1,000 off the iPhone 16 Pro while still keeping my iPhone 13 Pro Max due to being the last premium iPhone with physical SIM. Oddly enough I have not needed to rely on physical SIM in a while. Verizon is expensive but it is more usable in real badd areas than Visible+. Edit: It makes more sense to pay Unlimited Ultimate with phone and tablet instead of paying more for 3 different carriers at $45 each. Also I can earn enough from paid surveys to pay for backup line to power my iPhone 13 Pro Max as a secondary that way I can record a dangerous psycho on one phone for evidence while calling 911 on the other.

@GlockamoleG17Ай бұрын
I don’t think they are losing money. They (mint) buy airtime and data in massive chunks, or they used too… Wireless telcos usually over build out network capacity, usually… In most areas, TM is only utilizing 20% to 30% network / tower capacity. The rest is for EMS services and prepaid vmno’s. That’s in an ideal world, cities with massive populations can over extend network infrastructure / towers… This what they told me when I worked for TM tech support. Cheers!

In simple terms they are repurposing the unused pre bought data that never got used.
