A lot of people say mint mobile is great, but they don’t share any of the cons. Thanks for sharing the cons! Can you add insurance coverage on the phone you bring over? Do they offer promotional deals on phones like the big companies? These days phones are several hundreds of dollars so I like to insure mine (I’ve lost a phone twice).

Thanks! There are cons to everything right?! We have had a good experience with them...but nothing's perfect. They do offer promotional deals on phones - but the offers vary so I would definitely do research to compare prices before purchasing/switching. They offer a phone insurance through Allstate, but not through. Mint Mobile. I haven't tried it so I can't speak to it. Also something to look at (if you use credit cards quite a few cards offer insurance on cell phone damage - although I'm not so sure about loss).
