Very healthy paranthas. Specifically for the children who don't eat 🥦🥕🌽and pulses. I prepare urad dal paranthas Dil se thanks. I boiled whatever veggies are in the fridge. I boiled them with minimum water and after grinding with that wate.r I stuff this mixture in the fenugreek or spinach dough. This is very healthy for children.
