BVM at 15 LPM, Active warming, IV/IO access with slow D10 drip and Normal Saline, splint arm and get an ECG, 4 lead or 12 lead, time permitting.

Suction, bvm w/oxygen, and prepare to intubate. If gag reflex intact, RSI if protocol allows. Do the above while getting him loaded and tube him on the way. Active rewarming and splint arm. Grab a set of vitals along with ekg/line and end tidal. Depending on vitals and hemodynamics, may need to be paced.

Bi lat ACs if I can find them. Get my emt/ff buddy to splint while my other FF friend grabs me warmers and blankets. I’m deciding if I want to chemically sedate him so I can tube or if I’m close enough I can bag him. I’m also going to place a c collar on my dear friend here because ya boy knocked his noggin pretty hard on the side of that boat and I’m worried aboutC spine involvement. If I have warm fluid I’m goin to run a bag of warmed NS blocking off my secondary AC for Trauma 1.

just a basic here but here's my go at it: jaw thrust and c-collar and put in an OPA, begin manual ventilation with 15 LPM. Try to warm passively with the heat on and a blanket. Traction Splint if the time allows.

I think I would RSI and place him on a vent with a higher peep to help open those alveoli and help with his oxygenation. But his airway is unprotected with RR and poor O2 sat. I’d do active rewarding and splint his arm injury.

First thing first, we must bvm the patient and bring back SPO2 to 94% this should as well bring down ET02 active rewarming to bring body temperature back up at well. Then, I would splint the broken bone 🦴

Intubate the patient via igel and suction to get water out of lungs and to provide o2 then warm the patient with a blanket and then assess the broken elbow

He still has a pulse and is breathing so cpr is not indicated. Good guess!

Narcan cuz he was obviously on drugs … epi ONLY WHEN HIS HEART IS RAPID AND FAST… nitro when his on blood thinners due to him having tiny heart syndrome 😊 😂
