There's one more spot I found mine on. It's like the first round table you show but towards the malfunctioning machines

it can also spawn on the shelf closest to the front entrance on your right when you walk in, as well as the table to the left of the front entrance on the other side of the wall

i go and i never found it , i look all spots and never spawns, has % of spawn??? i kill killa btw lol he rush me xdxd
