Evening Michael. About a year ago I bought one of those .22 conversions you mentioned last video and a while back on a video, and love it. You basically just drop it in and ready to go. Saves a ton of money on ammunition for practice. It took me a while to find a chest rig that i am very happy with and i do use it in conjunction with my plate carrier. Good video.

S.O.E. Fupa dangler would attach straight to the Velcro on the back, easily removable and can be used like a sling bag,fanny pack, or stand alone mini chest rig

I've been running one of those IC13 INVRT Bandoleers for awhile and love it. I replaced the elastic mag pouches with those polymer "fast" mag carriers from ITW. Put a HSGI blow-out/bleed kit and a TQ. Really good setup to grab quickly and move quickly also. If for some reason I need to go full blown overt, then I'll throw on my slick PC with a g-hook placard and external belt setup. Check out that INVRT Bandoleer, if you haven't already! Great video!

@@AsymmetricalPreparedness meh, different strokes for different folks...and rigs. I wear mine high so my belly acts as a nice shelf for the load. 😜

Ive seen some guys who use the Belly Flap Rig, 6 mags and an Ifak tucked nicely under the belly flap. Lol You need to start doing more videos, gear , training, weapons, ect.

Just FYI I did aim to make the Spectre compatible with a dangler. That’s part of the reason the Velcro is there, to be compatible with Velcro danglers. The other part is for better PC attachment if you so choose.

Howdy! I must have retired too many years ago as I don’t understand this belly rig/ chest rig issue. Is it all about the height? People are to picky. If you like your rig to be a little lower on your body someone pipes up and says it’s a belly rig. WTF! You do you it’s all a chest rig!
@AngryBoar2 ай бұрын
I can carry two belly rigs. 🤝
@christopherurban10452 ай бұрын
You’re still wearing it across your stomach, I’m confused… The chest is classified as the area from your sternum to your collarbone. Your “belly” Is from your sternum to your pelvis. Belly rigs are dope AF! Accept it and call it what it is. Belly Riggers unite!

Good stuff but ignore these people. People complaining you need to wear it high only because thats what they've been told so they repeat it to feel superior. Or they did it that way and since its the only thing they know it must be the right way. Whenever i hear people drone on about someone should only wear it high, always wear armor, always carry 12 mags, always do this, i tone them out completely. They dont have enough knowledge or experience to know what they dont know. Every sitation is unique. What works in AZ doesn't work in SC. Wear it where you want it. The higher someone wears it, the farther the weight is from your center of gravity which is bad. Studies from the military 10+ years ago showed high mounted chest rigs caused a dramatic increase in back pain and injuries. Same study also found with armor and or heavy chest rigs soldiers were less likely to go prone when they should because of the off center weight You do you brother and ignore internet experts because your training is far superior to the flat range ninja experts whose gear setup wouldn't make it 100 yards off the gravel range
