Well done. I'm an older ex paratrooper (recon in Vicenza), so I would just opt for H-harness LBE with a solid butt pack at that point. I do own chest rigs, and they have their place. Long distance = LBE and large Alice for me. Plenty of ventilation and mobility. Outstanding channel BTW.

I run an lbv with a buttpack and first aid kit. Depending on what I doing I add a pistol belt with an Alice triple mag pouch, saw pouch and a canteen&pouch or just throw a camelback on if I don’t need sustainment. I did buy a wetwrk pathfinder spilt rig recently to try out but Alice and lbe/v systems still do everything you need imo

It looks pretty sweet. I love those chest rigs. Plate carrier setups annoy. Playing paintball, got me used to low rigs, makes you mobile when moving very quickly and hopping over cover, and quick target acquisition.

That chest clip will be toast the first, unplanned, header onto the ground, into a wall, etc..that clip needs a tad more beef to it. Edit: Chest clip aside, that's a pretty solid rig, Citadel's gonna go far if they keep developing products like this at a price that won't make you clutch your chest. If they could replicate TAG's Gladiator Chest Rig and their Combat Sustainment Pack at a decent price, they'd sell like hot--cakes.

It is a ITW Nexus Buckle. It is acetal injection molded plastic. Fairly proven, promise you it won't be toast after many unplanned headers into the ground. I know because I've had a few while wearing it. 😂 Thanks, glad you like it. Unfortunately I couldn't do the the TAG rig any cheaper and even if I could, I don't want to reproduce, I want to create new solutions. Thanks again sir.

It's probably a matter of experience IMO. Some well seasoned Veteran probably has a much better chance than my 20+ yr automotive mechanic ass in a combat environment. I've done what I can and certainly wouldn't want me shooting at me but in no way, shape, and/or form do I have any real world experience. Heck, hopefully here's hoping it stays that way 👍

Not that I have to answer to you, but yes, after hours of training my arms were shot, thus magwell hold. You have a point about the CR. I just finished a clarification video about that. It was adjusted for use over my slick PC. I should have set it up correctly prior to the video.
