MIO: Tortilla quiche recipe

This guy is adorable. He's got a Fred Rogers vibe. I'm into it. Tortilla quiches are in the oven! I used basil blossoms from our balcony and half a cup of flax milk instead of the pint of half and half. And parmigiano instead of the cheese. Mine has ham and green bell pepper, jalapeno, sauteed and drained spinach and red onion, plus chopped green onion (half reserved to top after). And fresh tomato to top. Thanks for the ideas!
